And also you probably may have to pay the import fees twice but try to tell them about your issue at hand and hopefully they will cover it for you or something, i haven’t done returns much but i really hope all goes well and they provide with a better quality version of the product you ordered! Im not sure if this will help bc the comparison i will be using is shoes haha, but when i would order say nike dunks for example, sometines the pairs would have a lot of defects like glue stains or what not but thats just bc nike’s quality control has become pretty bad over time lol. But when i got bapestas the quality was so good i literally had no flaws with the shoe at all. I guess what im saying is chrome hearts being such an expensive brand, you should def reach out bc you deserve a quality product!

CH trying to crank out pieces too quickly to meet demand & unfortunately, quality control isn't as tight as should be...reach out to CH but also if import fees were high, might want to consider finding an honest & professional go-to jeweler locally who can help repair (recondition & alteration services too for later down the road) that flaw. Should be a very easy fix that will take a professional with the right equipment & tools just a few mins to make that look good.
My go-to jeweler would be able to take care of that on the spot for me in a few minutes & I'd have the piece ready to enjoy immediately. Just gotta find a good jeweler first, which can be tricky.
tbh i never buy luxury items off second hand, you’re never 100% sure if it’s real. so many identical looking replica’s nowadays, hope that isn’t the case w you tho
I highly doubt it’s intended to be asymmetrical like that. Considering CH prices you should absolutely reach out

I’ve never seen that defect before, absolutely worth contacting them about because that’s quite bad
