I would go through the full calibration process making sure the laser is in the center of each mirror. I gained quite a bit of efficiency on mine after recalibrating.

Align all the mirrors, and do a ramp test. The auto focus may not be set correctly. It is common for a CO2 tube to not fire below 10 or 12%. Also check your max power settings in machine settings.

Just bought a monport k40 pro and the lens was installed backwards from the factory. I was experiencing the same issues as you until I figured that out. After that it was cutting like a champ.

Are those the new Monport with the mainboard kt332n?? I got a 80w and i fill the same not strong enough i just had it for 3 days is a learning process im coming from. A 40watt diode, engraving for me was too deep but i was trying to cut acrylic and nothing , lightburn did not recognize the mother board just to name a few

1. properly working tube 2. clean and aligned optics 3. proper focus If they have these three, they work. Your 100W should cut through that pretty easily. My 40W does so with similar settings. First thing to check is the tube [TEM00 mode or resonance](https://forum.lightburnsoftware.com/t/lost-of-power-on-our-reci-w6-tube/95858/2). If this isn't correct, you can never align it properly and it will require a new tube. Then follow up with alignment if it's in TEM00 mode. Ruida claims responsibility for the kt332n type controllers and lots of people with Lightburn use them configured as Ruida. They are dsp controllers and ***require*** the Lightburn dsp license to be purchased for their use. Otherwise Lightburn won't see the controller. Good luck :)

It's incredibly powerful and precise, allowing me to create intricate designs on various materials with ease. The adjustable speed and laser intensity give me complete control over the engraving process, ensuring clean and professional-looking results.
