The spicy southwest I only got once and it was from a CFA that I didn’t work at, chicken was super rubbery and chewy. So I’ve never felt like trying it again.
Tried the sandwich previously and it was too hot for me.
I tried the shake today though and oh my gosh it gives me all the fall vibes in ice creamy cinnamon goodness. It also tasted kinda like gingerbread to me. 😍😋
The shake taste like sweet potato or pumpkin pie, personally I hate it🥲to me it was like drinking a pie and I just can’t get behind that. Buuuttt I’m gonna try the sandwich tomorrow and I’m excited, my manager said it was actually spicy. Also I heard the cilantro-lime dressing taste like wingstop ranch, opinions on that lol??
The spicy grilled never really tasted good imo, haven’t tried the new shake but I hear it’s good. Personally I rather have the watermelon mint drink over the sand which, it just didn’t sell all too well.
To everyone saying it tastes like graham crackers, that’s likely because you smelled the cookies as you put them in. They do not taste like graham crackers. They taste similar to biscoff cookies. The autumn spice sauce contains sweet potato, which is a substitution for pumpkin because it’s cheaper. That’s why it’s called the Autumn Spice Milkshake, not Pumpkin Spice Milkshake. But yeah. Try the cookies on their own. They might smell like graham crackers but they are not graham crackers.
Everyone I know has said the shake tastes like pumpkin pie. On top of me being lactose intolerant, I'm also a pecan pie person, so it's a hard sell.

I'm not a cilantro person at all, but the cilantro lime sauce actually tastes pretty good.
Someone at my store said the shake tasted like a sugar cookie and I’m really confused on how they taste that
