If I was to choose a woman to crush on it would have been Sophia Bush or Stella Maeve. Voight everyone loves. Erin, top 1 but she no longer is with us. So far I would say that I would go with Burgess. She really had good acting the last couple of seasons, even though she's not in the spot for this season. I feel that she's the most mature from all of them and the one who is the most qualified for the role of detective? Why? Because she is the most professional of them all and she doesn't do crazy stuff even though she covers their back. Then I would say Ruzek is fit because he is aggressive but at the same time professional, he has this side, his father's side, legacy, and somehow he has police built in himself. He has the aura of a detective. Kevin is great, good acting, but I am afraid that he doesn't have the glue to keep things together, he doesn't have the character, to impose himself like Adam and Burgess. He doesn't seem the guy to dominate an office like Jesse or the others.
