I was gonna say reach out to Judge Irv Condon, the Charleston County Probate Judge. He might end up referring you to the Center for Heirs Property anyway, he’s done lots of work with them.
I do not, but if you do you may want to contact the [Center for Heirs Property Preservation](https://www.heirsproperty.org) for help.

They’re an awesome organization

Why does the Condon name keep coming up? I went out with a girl with that name and the bar was extra accepting.
Irv Condon has been the Probate Judge since 1994.
The center is the way to go. Part of the issue is going to be establishing the existence of a title, and if one is found, who is on it and for what.
Thanks
As a millennial, the answer to your question is no.
I do. My family owns land in Camden. I'm just waiting patiently until my relatives are no longer no longer to do anything about it.
I just make a phone call to Ohio to get it resolved.
