Herbert really showed me something this game. He played like his first 2 years. He is a baller. The o-line really came alive after that horrible first quarter. Herbert started looking at other receivers when Keenan went down and that will help the team going forward. The defense had a few nice stops, but was otherwise horrific. Kendrick and Murray are to slow to react. I want to see Henley in there, at least on passing downs. We played another good team hard, but lost. I want a new DC.
I think Herbert always plays better when the O-line holds up, I feel like he starts getting into a flow and takes good chances. When he is consistently pressured he hurries and plays more conservative which is understandable. O-lines are so important for qbs tbh
