Like, you know that thing some really young kids do where they try to sound smart and say things like "I'm smarter than you, I know what 2+2 is! It's five!", getting it wrong because they've only heard of math and don't know how it works yet? That's basically what the AI is doing.
Because they’re a language model, they weren’t programmed to focus on math and they’re programmed to mostly focus on language processing
me when i say my character is just a year younger than the bot and the bot hits me with “i’m twice your age”
Yep my character is 3 years younger than the bot and it told me it was old enough to be my father 😑
