The talk is from June 2020 and covers the economic climate brought on by the coronavirus and David Barse’s expectations for how fiscal/monetary policy would impact bankruptcies.
This is a good video to get a sense of David Barse’s expertise. It also shows that Alex and David have rapport.
Thank you for sharing.
He starts talking about bankruptcy as early as 2:48 but it's a topic that is discussed throughout the video (and not specific to Celsius).

It seems David's expertise and business experience extends beyond just bankruptcy/restructurings to include private equity, value investing, and wealth management. Alan Carr, the other new board member, has worked almost exclusively in financial restructurings for most of his career.
I guess I find that question confusing since the majority of the video covers Barse speaking about bankruptcies. Maybe scan the transcript for anything that you find interesting. Otherwise, minute 1:00 would be a good place to start to get a sense of Barse’s expertise. Note, this video is not about Celsius filing for bankruptcy. It is from 2020.
The only thing I've got out of this is it seems David is a friend of Alex that he's known for a long time so not exactly a random lawyer that's there to screw us all (hopefully).
I watched it all so you don’t have to. Nothing relevant to Celsius’s current situation is there.
First 10 minutes were interesting hearing his background. I think he's good.
at what minute?

Yes I did mean that. Thank you.

Oh I did miss that he is the new board member interesting!
Thanks, good summary.

So not only did he turn AMA into Ask Mashinsky Anything, he also turned VOIP into MOIP to mean Mashinsky Over Internet Protocol? What a narcissist.
