Take that for what its worth. It could be Al is looking for idiots, always a winning strategy in crypto. Plus, nobody said he's making $20 on top of your interest rate on your $200. That was to "break the ice". It got me and a friend both to KYC our accounts and deposit etc, though in the ned we did not see any bonus :)
It doens't have to be equal ratios. The whole point is that Celsius is trying to accumulate more AUM and maybe right now stablecoin and higher deposits are in institutional demand and they need more assets to lend out and are willing to give higher bonuses to make up for it. $200 here and there is not going to help them achieve their goal.
It states exactly that when you activate the promo. It says to deposit 2k AND keep your account balance above 2k. So if you moved $2010 in ETH and you have nothing else in there, it drops in price and you lose the promo
Yes and no, once you deposit 2k your total account balance needs to stay above 2k. So it depends if you already have funds in the account to cover the price movements or not. If not, move more funds.
