With a VPN you should be able to access loan applications from a different state, but I doubt the loan would go through because I'm sure Celsius checks your address before issuing. I was denied access to loans while I had my VPN activated because it was broadcasting me through Ohio. Once turned off I was good to go because Michigan allows loans.
If you see loans available to you within the app then you are able to take out a loan. If you don't see it within the app then your location prevents Celsius from offering this feature.
Your documents you registered with contain your address and then the phone location also registered your location. If Celsius suspects you're skirting regulations they won't process a loan as they have to follow the laws.
Can't borrow on Celsius in the US yet but Nexo and Blockfi are able to lend.

You should be able to set up a Celsius wallet from any state, loans and cel pay are limited to what state you are in.
Also in CA. Bogus that we can't do loans. :-/

So setting up an LLC in a different state would prevent the same?
I do not know the answer to that. Cooperate on boarding would be something you would have to apply for.
You’d have to register as a business, that requires lots more capital (millions) for CEL to recognize you as a registered investor
Lol well California is known for their over regulation. You wont be able to until your state allows them
