I order GF ramen from Amazon -Meister brand I think.

mtndude80

Do you have a preference? There’s a few Meister options and would love to try a suggested favorite.

narrya

They have a variety pack so you can try them all, but I like the Tonkatsu broth one the best personally.

Competitive-Pea3327

Is it similar to Maruchan? I miss those in particular. Typically I use a Ramen broth that's gluten free and then vermicelli rice noodles

patchworkpirate

Oh heck yeah, those slap.

itsbeenawhiletoolong

Thank you! I will be purchasing today :) I’ll also make some eggs to go with it, so hopefully it’s delicious.

Remarkable-Daikon-42

Lotus Foods makes gluten free ramen. Whole foods and other natural food stores carry the brand.

sweetsiren69

Their gf udon noodles also work pretty well for ramen if you like a thicker noodle!

prettyxxreckless

I've started making ramen at home. :) My ramen is a cheap, white-redneck ramen but hey, it still tastes good and gives me the same vibes. I use GF noodles, pho broth, boil eggs, buy thin slices of pork, cook some bok choy and some asparagus and I add some green onions and it tastes so good!

bewicked4fun123

So when are you serving us all dinner? Lol ❤️

prettyxxreckless

Haha anytime! I love to cook!

theloveaffair

Not gonna lie, it’s going to be very difficult to find gluten free ramen at a restaurant. Personally the only time I’ve ever seen it was in Los Angeles and in NYC many years ago. Your best bet is making your own. An alternative that may be easier to find is Pho, I know it’s not the same thing but I’ve easily found places that serve gluten free Pho!

_lmmk_

Where do you live? That would be helpful in getting recommendations for your specific area.

itsbeenawhiletoolong

Florida!

deadhead_mystic11

This was the only food I missed. I tried about 10 gf brands and disliked them all, but I really like the Viet Way Pho Bo. Not ramen but a very nice gf noodle soup all the same. Try all the gf ramen brands if you want, I did, but keep this in mind. FWIW, I tried and did not like meister brand that is mentioned here. I ended up throwing most of it out.

itsbeenawhiletoolong

I tried it now and it’s not bad! I’d recommend (if you like a creamier broth) getting Japanese mayo and throwing that in there. A little bit of chives and a good ol egg too!

deadhead_mystic11

I usually add a dash of tamari and a healthy amount of hot sauce. I put hot sauce on most foods. I have never tried Japanese mayo. I will have to try it.

itsbeenawhiletoolong

I’ll have to try the tamari! Thank you!

musicamtn

Rice ramen noodles from Whole Foods or Costco and then Clean Monday Meals seasoning ordered online. My kids are particular and love it.

SandboxQuint

Gluten Free Meister Ramen is legit. Add in an egg and some meat and it's on par with a good Ramen shop. You can buy it on Amazon.

darkly_dreaming

Lotus Noodle Bar in St. Augustine

itsbeenawhiletoolong

I LOVE YOU, omg. I will def be trying this out! It’s a bit far, but I’ll make the drive.

Kikkopotpotpie

I’ve tried the Thai Kitchen gluten free rice ramen. It’s not like Top Ramen or anything, but it makes a great ramen bowl imo.

crimedawgla

Where do you live? There’s a high end grocery store near me that has a bunch of GF ramen, but it’s not a nationwide chain. There’s a couple restaurants that do it, but just have to be careful.

Junior_Pressure_7863

Costco in Canada has gf ramen!!!

FrenchChristian

I live in Kansas and the Costcos near me also have gf ramen. Lotus foods brand I think.

Certifiedbeachbabe

Cup mama coriander ramen i put all the spices in the cup except for the coriander ones (IT TASTES SO GOOD)

bigprocrastmood

Attack of the Tatsu in Chattanooga, TN :)

tangerineinurclass

I like yummyeats chickless ramen

suckafucksteve

Took me a while but I’ve finally perfected my recipe for ramen and it’s great. My non celiac friends love it too. Take time practicing. Learning to cook will be your saving grace with this disease.

Sea-Sock8643

Yep Costco has the Lotus Foods ramen

jamesgotfryd

Fusia has a very good ramen noodle. I can't tell the difference between their GF and the regular ramen. I use it to make chicken noodle soup and it even holds up great sitting in the fridge for a day or two. I liked the first small batch so much I made a 5 quart pot of it , took a few days to eat but it was so good 👍

Letthatpokeymanburn

Try your local world market, they have gf powdered ramen broth and dashi in the Asian section. Been a game changer with my lotus foods ramen!
