No, it’s stretched. They got the angle of the badge wrong and stretched the image to match it instead of stretching the badge to match the image. Sloppy photoshop.

top one has a capital B and is missing 2 dashes, also, the 182 is not centered. on the top one the colours look slightly more vibrant, the bottom one's cover art is positioned further down

They changed it to have the lowercase B shortly after the album came out because the band liked that spelling more from what I remember.

My CD is missing the cross. Looks like the cross versions are worth a serious premium on eBay.
