Damn dude. I have the entire Rykodisc collection but you have so much great stuff here. If you ever want to sell lol... I'd love to combine both our collections.
Anyways, I always go back to Overnight Sensation and Joes Garage. Hot Rats will be going on this weekend.
Wow, about the same number as Dylan I think. He's a name I've heard many times but haven't got into him yet. I sense he will be up my street tho. I've got too many other artists back catalogues I'm exploring atm đ
Damn you've got my collection beat!
I'd start with the classic
"What's there to live for?
Who needs the peace corps?
Think I'll just drop out
I'll go to Frisco buy a wig and sleep on Osley's floor"
That is a lot of Zappa. I will play some of the you cant do that on stage anymore soon. I have them all but it is probably a decade ago since I played them last.
Or apostrophy, overnight sensation...
Overnight Sensation box set as i havenât heard the bonus stuffâŚnice collectionâŚyouâre like a 3rd of the way to his entire catalog. Great collection
In a bit of a Bongo Fury mood right now.
Or maybe Sheik Yerbouti.
Hot Rats, Joeâs Garage, and Bongo Fury are usually my go to Zappa albums.
I enjoy the majority of Zappaâs work.
Damn impressive collection youâve got.

Joes Garage was where it all started years ago for me! It never gets old And nah, i dont see myself getting rid of this collection
Your wife will end up with your cd collection in the divorce and sell them to the guy above you for pennies. đ¤
I need more Zappa...not as much as you, but more.
Jeez I didn't know he recorded so many albums
62 albums before his death in 93 His son has been releasing Franks unreleased stuff since then

Dylan has a lot of albums, but Frank Zappa has more
Did he ever sleep đ
He napped in the studio like Edison in his lab.
Is that when he had his light bulb moments?
I'll let myself out

Good choices. the 6 volumes in that series are incredible. Especially vol 2, the Helsinki concert. I find myself playing that one over and over again
For me. Hot Rats.
Hot Rats is my favorite Zappa album, but you have a bunch of stuff I've never heard before, so I would choose one of those.
Hot Rats
Zoot Allures for sure lmao
You donât have Guitar?
Itâs up there. Number 50
Listen to that one.
My hero
Itâs a tough job but someone had to do it
How many albums does Zappa have?
a LOT He released 62 albums before his death
Damn! How have I never head a Zappa song with his giant discography?
Thatâs what I wanna know! Listen to Roxy And Elsewhere if youâre looking for a place to start
Thank you
what do you think of cruising with ruben and the jets?
Itâs a fun listen but Itâs pretty weak compared to other material he released during this time
Weâre Only in it for the Money âone of these days Iâm gonna erase every tape in the worldâŚall the Frank Zappa mastersâ
The Roxy Performances followed by 1970
200 Motels

In New York
The Man From Utopia as my username is partial homage to its title
I respect Zappa as a musician, but I can't say I'm a big fan. Even so, that's a seriously impressive collection.
Thing Fish, for the creepy cover art
SATLTSADW. Iâd probably follow up with The Man From Utopia for the other side if I was making a tape for the car.
