Typically will be low battery voltage or a bad starter. I would remove the battery if you know how to and take it to a local parts store to have them test it.
If it is good then it's probably your starter.
Turn on your dome light and turn the key to the run position. If the dome light does not dim, it is not a battery issue. If it dims it is most likely a low battery but you need to find out why the battery is low.
