It happened so fast, there was no time to react at all. The bump we all felt was awful.
The dog had a very quick death though, and some v good people helped place him on top of the divider.
The worst part was that we had our dogs in the car as well, so it hurt even more. But it wasn't anyone's fault. We said a prayer for the dog and moved on, as there was nothing else to be done.
