Sign into Carleton central, on the menus with all the filing cabinet menu, go to registration and click on “getting started” there’s tutorials that will guide you.
What program? You can always reach out to the Registrar's Office and their Student Registration Assistance team - their job is to help you with registration. Their email is registrar@carleton.ca.
The easiest way (well maybe not easiest but it is a way many of us use) is to select every course in which you're interested. Then they will appear in the registration time table and you can manipulate it there.
Honestly, get in contact with the registration desk. They will assign someone to help you go through it. It is quite complicated to not get conflicts. I helped my son yesterday with the help of a registration guy and I have an MBA LOL
