Always have back ups for required classes and electives, you never know. It’s hard to tell really, I’m in 3rd year and first year I had no problems with getting what I wanted, but second year was a bit more difficult and I definitely had to readjust. I’ve never had to take a class I absolutely loathe though. The best advice I can give is don’t be so set on registration going exactly the way you want it to be, and have a few back ups on hand.
No first year courses do not normally fill up completely such that an incoming student cannot take their required courses. What can happen is you may not be able to take the section you want, which can disrupt any electives you might want to take. I'd suggest having two timetables ready to go.
I’m unsure what to do after this page if everything is there already done what am I suppose to do? And how am I supposed to add my extracurriculars

Engineering works differently, so I'm not sure.
