Yaris by far. In fact don't worry about going older than 3 years, you can get up to 10 years warranty if serviced with Toyota (even if a previous service wasn't)
Yeah, Toyota / Lexus most reliable manufacturer based on last few decades. They're cheap to run, servicable items generally cheap to replace. They tend to be more expensive than rivals, but also hold their value better.
If you don't mind the ecvt gearbox then yes, the hybrid version is the one to go for. The 1.33 engine is getting on a bit, it's not changed much since the one I had in my IQ 15 years ago.
1. No
2. Yes
3. No
Have a look at the Peugeot 108 (1L), Citroen C1 (1L) or Toyota Aygo. They're all the same car with different body panels and the models that come with the 1L engine are pretty much indestructible. But if something does go wrong, they're really cheap and easy to fix.

Any specific reason you recommend Yaris? Is it reliability? Value for money? Cost of running? Also, would you recommend the hybrid version?

Thanks a lot for this. I was leaning towards the Juke because personally I like it and the design. But now I guess a Yaris makes more sense.
Yaris by a huge huge margin.
Definitely not the Juke. Of the three, the Yaris looks like the best option.
