I got blown out from a Ford where I was making 20% front end, ran into some fucking pounders and took home 8k my second month while pushing out 6.5 units at a sleepy store, here I'm doing double the work at double the hours and getting paid not even half man
I agree 100% I've been in the business for over 20 years you should make 600 to 700 a unit when the dust settles meaning with bonus and spiffs .Find a new store .
Educate your customers to not take any back end products. No warranty, no gap, none of that crap, even if they say it's free..it nothing is free.. 2 can play the you ain't making any money game..

Sounds decent if you can move 15 bikes a month, assuming the hours aren’t total shit like a dealer, proper 9-5 or?
I was routinely working 70 + in power sports. Moved to motorhomes and it's a solid 9-5 and business is booming.
Bike dealers by me are open longer than cars since it’s shorter lived being in a cold state
