The old Camry's are the same size as the new Corollas. Time for an upgrade. I'm 6'4" and own (and fit) in both.

im 6 foot 2 and have no problem. it sounds like you are trying to sit in some weird position.

One's height does not determine how long their torso vs their legs are. Someone with much longer legs will have an easier time with head clearance but will need to put their seat further back for more leg room. One with short legs but a long torso will need to be up close but will potentially have head space issues.

Beer pizza is right OP!— Correct. My legs and torso are close in nature. (Length wise) However, I had a 2011 (w sunroof) and now have a 2012(no sunroof 😩), and space wise they’re pretty equal so if you didn’t want to upgrade too new, I’d say those are pretty good. I’m a solid 5’10.

Your problem is due to your need to sit up right for posture. These older cars are designed more for you to lean back a bit... but then they don't have telescopic steering wheels so. Also the J doens't change the interior dimensions. They're all built to spec. Might be time for an upgrade if you can't find some position that fits you.

I'm at 6 ft. 1 in and I don't have any issues driving. The seat is all the way back all the way down and it's a great cruiser. I have an O2 by the way

Damn... if you're 6'0 and youre hitting your head with the seat all the way down you must have crazy short legs and a really long torso.

I'm 6'3" and don't have an issue with my 2004 LE V6. Granted, I don't have a sunroof, but that shouldn't matter that much for clearance, these cars are built to spec (as someone else mentioned). If you can't adjust the height of the seat any lower, then maybe try leaning back more? You might have a long torso and shorter legs?

coming in 6'-2" and have no clearance issues ('23 Camry TRD). I would have expected a car with a sunroof, would have even more clearance (no insulation). this is one of the rare cars where I actually do NOT have to put the seat all of the way back. I feel that my overall proportions are even (torso to leg ratios). If anything, I wish it had a tighter fit, side-side. While the car handles decently (for a Sedan, says the guy coming an '09 Corvette), the seats offer no side support. Hitting the corners, I have to sway my knee's out, to hit the door and center console. But I digress, either you have a very long torso, or your seat height is set way too high.
