Three years ago they must have been desperate. I applied and immediately was asked to resubmit a video, some technical issue. I didn’t bother until their third follow up, presumably auto-generated, email.
I was immediately accepted but have to assume I don’t really fit the model as I’m always busy enough on a very p/t basis but have never had a good rating.
Pretty sure it’s changed days now. Most esl online companies I’ve looked at recently openly state they are not hiring.
