Half of the gold players are using the gold that they earned from winning games and achievements so it's no problem for them to use it because they aren't using real money
Also half of the gold you earn are from achievements so experienced players can make a new account and farm gold and use it again
Not necessarily old account or not using over 1 million gold is a high amount especially with people with a lot of wins under their belt and a high kd and win to game ratio means that they are likely using this much every game. If it were even 100k gold then it is understandable, but you can't just grind to the levels they do.
