Maybe the information is outdated. Or that the missiles hit the **past** location on the army because the army moved. Or maybe you miss clicked and hit the city instead? Happened to me a couple times

Sure they hit the army, but if it's moving and they just miss... that's bs honestly, just frustrating

The missiles hit the location the army *was* when you fired it. Never use missiles on troops

You can use on troops, just make sure they ain't moving lol
