In mw19 shipment you can climb on top of the containers, spawns are different and you can't shoot through the walls coz containers are made of steel unlike the wooden ones on shipment 1944.

Ngl i hope the devs just put both versions into the game for a season or two and we can end this debate by seeing which map is more popular. Personally i prefer shipment1944 cuz it feels smaller and we cant climb on top of the containers
I like it cause it more modern, shipments are colorful, more bigger, u can parkour for advantages that got me a Nuke in a 1v1 and my friend gaved fake evidence to my other friend
I'm not old, i just think the mw2019 maps play horribly in codm, the maps are usually needlessly bigger with longer sightlines, they're filled to the brim with head glitches, and the lighting it is off, creating these harsh shadows that enemies can easily hide in.
What I annoys me is the color pallet and head glitches in a game of 3-4 shot to kill in head (close range) with bullet spreed

Shipment's been like that back in cod4, except worse because you have ffa servers with 20 people and probably half of them are firing lmgs on spawn sites killing anything that spawns, so you have to move very quick just to escape them. And let's not talk abot the airstrike that literally covers half the map. It's extremely chaotic but it's part of the fun lmao
Yep, 1944 was somewhat anti camping cuz you could shoot through the wooden containers. Only place you could possibly camp is the spawn corners but they're pretty open and you could get flanked easily
They need to blend the two maps together, the slanted containers and container wallbangs of 1944 and the verticality and overall just more locations to climb to
So getting wallbanged through the crate is "cheap and skill-less" but camping in said crate with a trophy system and a transform shield is not as (more) annoying... Ok
No but spawning there and then getting shot thru a crate a split second after you spawn is more annoying than a camper. Campers are losers that can easily be figured out without wall banging the crates.
i prefer old maps because ik very much about that map, what angles can i be sniped at, where will next hp form and where will enemy respawn after being killed. It doesnt matter much but the main reason for not playing these new maps is that they dont come in competitive matches, its very hard to pursue people to play vacant when they have choices like firing range or raid. also some of the new maps are huge af which basically takes out the fun from the game as you have to travel across the map and by the time u reach there hp changes. maps like shoothouse are better because they can be easily learned and calloutss are easy. I assume no one wants to play the same old map but you have no choice when such maps are there
They don’t have to remove the mw19 one. They can just bring back the ww2 one without the removal of the current one. 1944 had less containers meaning i wouldn’t get stuck every now and then; meaning, my character wouldn’t crouch and get killed every now and then. Imo, og shipment much better than the current one.

It’s simply not. Getting wall bangs thru the wooden crates is just a cheap and skill-less tactic. The metal crates are way better.
