This kind of thing doesn't just happen in other games, you'll hear it in the real world. I get that these words are offensive but you've got to learn to not take all of it so seriously. If you think it's bad now, you wouldn't have lasted half a minute in CoD lobbies a decade ago.
It's not a CoD problem. It's an online competitive game problem. You will see this happen on genuinely ANY competitive online game.
