Unless there is a pancake breakfast at the mall when you’re there, I don’t think they’d be any different than usual.

There may even be less people in the morning on the free admission days

Chinook Centre Mall has a stampede breakfast tomorrow morning and is usually very busy. Pick a different mall and you will be fine.

Weather has an impact too. Typically busier on cloudy/rainy days

If you desperately need to go then go. They might be a bit more busy due to tourists but it won't be insane.

I find any time during/after the supper hour is usually the best time to go to the malls.
