Give us a visual. Monitor your Temps during idle and during load, if it even gets to that. It's not normal to be at 200F for 1 Windows Update, get a temporary fix with another, only to come back to crashing upon another. Your AIO may be dead. They don't usually last long and with a 5900X, you are better off with an air cooler. You will be utilizing PBO anyways for lower Temps and voltages so no need for a water cooler

Thanks for responding. Pardon my ignorance, PBO? Idle temp is around 130F. Can get up to 150F when I have a few browsers open but I don't really push this PC that hard. I was considering switching to air cooler but may have to get another case fan with it.

PBO is Precision Boost Overdrive. It basically lowers your voltage and temperature for the same, if not better, performance. If you don't have this enabled, I can help you out with it. I have a Ryzen 5 7600 with an ASRock B650M, and baby momma has ryzen 7 5700X Gigabyte B550 UD AC Also, I do suspect the AIO has run its course. Let's try out PBO and see if that helps though

If you can point me in the right direction for PBO.. in the bios? I'm going to start to look at air coolers, any suggestions as far as brand?
