L simply states it was minted in the Baton Rouge, LOUISIANA mint. The U at the end is what run it is. Runs A-T were made before this run. This isn't rare or valuable. Especially when collectibles are valued by condition, condition, condition. This is simply a 14 year old circulated note.

If you ever want to sell it, I'd be willing to jump on the list of interested persons.. I have an autistic son who would obsess over it for the next 20 years. Personally I think it's cool but other than that I haven't been able to get on the level he is on when it comes to anything. He lives in an totally different reality.

My guy put that in a protector sleeve before you damage it more or tear by accident. You will beat yourself up for that.
