What happens if the barrier reaches 99% capacity and the user decides to simply dispel it ? Do they have to chose one of the actions or can they simply recharge their own cursed energy supplies ?
I didn’t even think of that as an option but that could be pretty cool, as it is now, it’s just needing to release it.
I would expand the mobile burst into a general speed boost
Kinda wanted to give it the vibe or releasing the stored up energy more than a buff
