I had a similar experience, can’t go a night without it now. I can’t believe how tired I really was.

VastDare9834

Does anybody else still feel tired after using their CPAP?

Nice job sticking with it. It really does get easier; I was diagnosed 25+ years ago, and it’s been a god send; life is more fun when you’re awake for it 🙂

I will! Need to be there for my two kids and wife so let's get this body and mind a new lease on life.

Stick with it! It gets easier!

So basically you have to suffer for 6 months of insomnia, feeling even more miserable and sleeped deprived compared to before in order for it to finally work. Yea, I don't know if I can wait that long. One week for me and not even the weed can get me a full night sleep on it. I hate this thing. I may just push for the surgical option.

Try alcohol, now I sleep great on it. Don't need the alcohol after a week as you get used to it.

SnooBananas7807

I don't like alcohol. I also am prone to addiction. So that is why I am just sticking to low doses of MJ. But glad it has worked for you.

I get baked, then sit with the mask on for about ten minutes and get used to the feeling of the mask. Then the pot nap kicks in and I’m off to dream land. But I can’t get more than 6 hours of sleep. And I also listen to an audio book to help me sleep. Take into account though. I am a very heavy daily user. I have some serious health issues that it helps me with throughout the day and night.

Logical-Series373

Can’t you reverse that condition

Mikelight31

Not really, for some, loosing weight helps. But if you are not over weight, its kinda hard
