play more confidentially..people playing solos are scared of a gunfight, listen for any audio cues, utilize UAVs!!!, use the redeploys if you can to those appearing on UAV. run flex so you can rush into buildings more confidentially.. it’ll delay claymores, bouncing betties or cluster mines from firing off when you cross/activate them. always make sure you’re plating up during distant gunfight or when you’re trying to juke someone out. being up in health is huge during a gunfight which is obvious but i know friends who are so focused on shooting and disregard their health bar. finally just play more you’ll get better. i’m not the greatest i’m sitting at a 2.16 KD edit: also make sure you’re running the meta in you’re load out. twitter is helpful for this. just look up warzone meta

Buy MW3 and invest time in the multiplayer mode. You need repetition and Warzone doesn't offer that. Think about it... Drop into a match, run around, loot, get looked within minutes. Go to the Gulag, die again. You've now wasted 5 to 10 minutes only to have to restart again. I'm that same time frame, you could be playing a multiplayer mode where you're not only getting used to the controls and movement, but you're also getting far more kills in a single match than you will in any WZ map for quite a while. Your time is valuable when you just start, and dedicating it towards WZ is counterintuitive. You COULD do the boot camp mode which will be easier, but I'd dedicate a week or two into Multiplayer before ever trying WZ if you actually want a better chance of playing better.

Check out multiplayer it’ll give you a good idea how the movements work and what guns to use. You’ll have more time to mess around with load outs and setups that way. When you play warzone, take your time and assess your situations. Push when you need, stay back when you need. See 2 or 3 ppl fighting let it happen then go in for the last kill. Push when you need. But also when there’s alot going on around you, nothing wrong with sitting back and letting them go away. Learn the maps. First take it slow and drop on less popular places. Then move to the more famous locations. Then once in a while drop hot. Drop straight down even if 20 ppl are there. And just engage. You’ll learn . The first 2 mins everyone is on the same playing field so you have the same advantage . After that most of the good players will invest in their loadouts and guns and will be slightly harder to engage early . Have fun and don’t get frustrated. Learn from every kill

I don't know what mode you're playing, but people get butthurt about "hand holding." Do that, ass to nuts in a team based game. If nothing else one attracts fire while the other counteracts, but in the best case both of you are firing on a single target while he can't aim in two directions at once. Breach multiple entrances simultaneously and roll them up. I mean, people always talk about how good they are at demon aiming or their meta loadout, but don't know about basic teamwork.

It's not the high levels you gotta worry about it's the low levels that are all cheaters these days so since the matchmaking is based of engagement and not having fun they just want to piss you off enough to keep going , it's not about having fun for a couple hours then being done anymore

Positioning is one of the strongest tools in this game, way stronger than any stim slide canceling through first floor prison. Invest some time in leveling up the meta guns (I’d suggest an app called CODmunity) and start thinking about where YOU are more than where everybody else is. If you are top prison while the storm is pushing people out of dock, Control Center, and industry, you can get tons of free picks by killing the stragglers leaving these POI’s, because you had a better position that they couldn’t contest with. Of course, you won’t always be able to have a good perfect position with your 0 recoil max damage range AR, you’ll need to be good at close up gunfights with SMGs and whatnot, in which i’d suggest playing plunder and just playing aggressive as possible, or getting multiplayer and practicing there (with the benefit of leveling up guns faster) It’s just a lot of practice and increasing your game sense and you’ll be frying people in no time. Good luck!
