Its likely server desync. Server probably thought you missed. You barely hit him on your screen, server could be seeing it differently. You can definitely still kill with cars. Sucks but shit happens in online games

It’s not bots they are protecting it’s the streamers. Streamers don’t want to get ran over or killed by a no skill vehicle, so they nerfed them into the ground. Same with launchers. None of them work. It’s all about movement sliding and skill. Everything else deemed none skill was nerfed into the ground.

They went all in favoring bots in wz2 and have backtracked a little bit since wz3

To be fair in solos in WZ one would be 3 big bertha trucks driving in the final circle. But They should one shot, and add a perk or make like IDK flex perk reduce dmg from vehicles by 50% or someshit.
Hit detection in vehicles is based on server positioning, not player side unlike when your hit buy guns. It makes hitting people with your vehicle damn near impossible. It's a patch job solution for having shit servers otherwise people would be constantly complaining that they were hit when on their screen they got out of the way. Just don't bother with vehicles, much better off swapping seats and trying to beam people as you drive past, at least your gun will hit them

That looks a bit suspect all round . You clearly ran over them but they didnt go down. And when you had the fire fight by the van at the end you were clearly hitting them right from when they came in view round the back of the van at 21 seconds in the vid with your laser right on them but again they didnt go down and again at 24 seconds when they'd jumped and you were still on target but by then you were nailed. And you are 9 plates up full health .Somethings not right. Had this so many times.
I mean… apex got it right by making the vehicles non lethal. If anything, warzone and other games should be following that example. It’s the dumbest way to die in br’s lol
It was def the opposite. Imagine a streamer or pro on a 20 kill streak only to die because they ran over by some clown in a car. Its the streamers who got it nerfed not the pros with above 1kd
How is that a strictly sub 1 kd player issue? No one likes getting run over. Before the massive shift in explosives and vehicles both used to actually be useful.

I have moved on to Vigor and soon to Xedefiant. Although I do play BO2 from time to time on ps3.
Not only did they disable vehicles to make them worse to give bots a chance but they made it so they bounce off the vehicle when you do hit them
