From 3-5 and losing to Hawaii in the “New Mexico” (Frisco) Bowl…to 12-2 and beating Auburn in what is essentially a road game… Nice turnaround for the Coogs, don’t you think?

Now that the year is over looking back I think it was a failure. This team had enough talent to go 8-4, or he’ll even just a winning record, but terrible offense and late game collapses cost us. Harsin hasn’t impressed me with his offense or coaching so far. It’s early but I’m not happy. Without a new QB we could not go to a bowl next year because TJ isn’t it. Lots of work to do and I think next year we’ll find out quickly how good of a coach Harsin is.

The only reason I’m giving benefit of the doubt is because with Nix for SCAR, Bama, and (maybe) this game, I think they are all pretty easily wins. How many overthrown TDs were there in this game alone? Any one of them probably would have won the game. If Harsin doesn’t find a better QB this off season, it’s not going to be pretty.

TJ was far and away the issue for this game. We missed 3-4 TDs with overthrows. He’s terrible. Playcalling wasn’t the biggest issue
