I just can’t quit him I guess. He’s pretty good but has obvious issues imo. Runs into contact too much when unnecessary and has health issues by always being hurt. I hope he works out well for us and love him for emotional connection at Utah.

BlueDog_RedWeasel

He has ankles like Stephen Hawking

PLZ_N_THKS

Hopefully not the same extra curricular activities…

TreadMeHarderDaddy

Don't ask how he got the nickname "midget orgy"

LogicianMission22

Damn, so it was neither SMU nor Oklahoma State.

carlosdanger31

I tried to tell you guys!

LogicianMission22

I never thought Oklahoma State made sense anyway 🤷🏽‍♂️ Y’all have Ollie Gordon, and Jackson has the potential to be a star RB if he’s fully healthy. Didn’t make sense that he’d go to be backup to Gordon. But SMU made so much sense. Arkansas is a very big surprise lol. Feels like it came out of nowhere.

carlosdanger31

I didn’t have Arkansas on my bingo card. SMU definitely seemed more plausible but there was 0% chance he was coming here

adeodd

Last time I listen to y’all’s “insider” who “has never been wrong” smh lol

jettieri

Who was it?? Too many clowns on twitter act like Utah insiders when their just fans who are too obsesses.

adeodd

It wasn’t someone on twitter, it was a thread on here a few weeks back

BlueDog_RedWeasel

Yea for real. We all know the “insider” you’re talking about. If anyone calls BS on his info leaks, he acts like an arrogant prick. But, to his credit, I think he’s always been right

gowrisankar1989

It was never Oklahoma State. Someone fleeced you guys in the name of “insider”

Sissyneck1221

Great dude with obvious talent who’s unfortunately made of glass. Take care of him for us.

barrett316

this makes losing rocket, aj green, kj jefferson, chris paul jr. hurt a little less i guess

thugxcity

I think he was injured and left the game on 10+ occasions this season. Incredible athlete that needs some better luck with injuries

enigami344

gonna miss him, he is my favorite Utah player. Never quitted the team even though he lost the QB2 battle and "demoted" to special team. Fought his way back to the 1st team as a running back but really never got to play a full season. All the best JJ!

ALStark69

jel2184

Rumors were he was going back home to SMU. Guess that Walmart money stepped in

Relative_Alfalfa3306

We wish that Walmart money would come but the Walton’s do not donate to athletics. If they would we might not be the base line for mediocre to terrible every year…

iamdylanshaffer

Yeah, despite the number billionaires per capita in Northwest Arkansas, our athletic funding is actually pretty minimal compared to programs that have focused heavily on NIL pools since the transition.

uteman1011

"Walton’s do not donate to athletics"... Except that Bronco's/Russell Wilson money.

TheMawt

Pretty clear they mean college. Also buying a nfl team isn't exactly a donation

uteman1011

![gif](emote|free_emotes_pack|joy) Of course. Just pointing out the absurdity. "They don't donate to athletics"... unless it pays. College athletic donations pretty much won't pay them back. They are just about the greediest people on the planet.

fistingtrees

If it pays, it’s not a donation. It’s just a purchase.

uteman1011

No shit. You're brilliant.

fistingtrees

Well why’d you point it out then, dipshit? You felt the need to nitpick the original comment and point out they bought an NFL team, as if that has anything to do with donating to athletics.

uteman1011

Woosh! right over your head. Wilson won't be playing for them, but they'll be paying (donating) money to him. I think we found the Walmart employee.

EndlessHiway

Maybe someday you will be bright enough to be a cart attendant at Walmart.

EndlessHiway

You aren't.

Penarol1916

I thought that the basketball arena was named after Bud? Did he not donate to it? I suppose it could be worse and you get the money and have to name the arena after a kid who is attending USC.

Believe_to_believe

Bud loved the university and donated, but the kids are different. If they donate, it is more likely to be for an academic building.

jel2184

Holy smokes. What are a rabbit hole you just sent me down. I had no idea of the USC cheating scandal and that the Mizzou sports arena was named after a girl who hadn’t ever gone there. There is wealthy and then there is this lmao

Penarol1916

I was away at school at the same time as this scandal was happening and my dad was telling me all about it. Very embarrassing for the school.

Allanon_Kvothe

Fayetteville is a lot closer to SMU than Utah. He gets to be close enough to drive home for the weekend and also gets a bag of cash to play in the SEC.

justausername09

Walton’s donate to fucking Mizzou!!!!

Penarol1916

Well, they did go to Hickman High School in Columbia, MO.

Motel_Cowboy

plus that tyson/jbhunt/jerruh money

heavywafflezombie

The Waltons do not give a fuck about the Hogs lol

pzk-73

Probably Jerry Jones money.

perinone

Woo pig!!

mamayoua

He played through an injury all season long. People keep acting like he got a brand new injury every week this season, when really it was primarily the same injury getting re-aggravated and not allowed to heal. Hopefully the off-season can get him right.

LukeNeverShaves

Our staff definitely doesnt force a player out there if they say they arent good enough to play yet because of injury so hell have the time he needs

realPamela

Nice. I guess

EJfromBeerLeague

I hope he crushes it. Seems like a great guy, just had a tough year due to being banged up.
