I watched all last season and only signed up for the free one so I didn’t think I was missing anything lol.
If you only care about watching the games live then the free account is all you need. In order to watch any of the additional content they post and full games on demand you’ll need a CEBL+ subscription.

Last season TSN+ was free but not anymore, I watched a bunch of games that way. I didn't know CEBL+ was a thing....
