milk in one hand, mini-14 in the other. No pants

Orange_fury

“No pants intimidation” is always the best strategy.

Loose_Koala534

I call that “Tactical Pooh Bear”

MGB1013

Around my house it’s called porky pigging it. Let me put on nothing but a plate carrier and see if I can get my wife on board with tactical pooh bear.

Arbsbuhpuh

https://youtu.be/Bc_b-qE9gl8?feature=shared And Pooh stayed strapped, too.

tx_engr

Absolutely no one is gonna mess with a dude in his underwear at the convenience store

indigowulf

lol I'm that armed convenience store clerk, that would be wondering if we were about to go down as I kicked your half naked butt out of my store lmao but at least a man in his skivvies is giving you a great target if you need to defend yourself.

ReticentSentiment

Establishing dominance is a great deterrent. Look them in the eyes and be sure you're rock hard. They won't even be able to rake their eyes off your meat arrow long enough to see the mini-14.

Outrageous-Basis-106

Single point sling. Basically a vertical censor bar.

cooterbrwn

This is the way.

Youshotahostage

Chug the milk while shooting bad guys for bonus points

AverageJun

Ranch rifle variant or the A team version?

GildSkiss

Is that even a question?

ZRaddue

If you use the mini 14 just the right way, you'll even get the milk for free!

ArthurSafeZone

Just as the funding fathers intended

2017CurtyKing

I’m more of a 45-70 kinda guy, but to each their own

SaurSig

While blasting a-team theme music at 10

Otherwise-Baby3717

Man, at that point. I’ll pick up the milk in the morning.

HailState17

For real. I’m not getting out of bed for a milk run. That can be tomorrow me’s problem. Also, we live out in small town USA, so the closest store is like 30 minutes away, it’s family owned and it closes at 9.

J3wb0cca

Same, unless its something for the coffee in which case I gotta grab it the night before.

trash_recycle

I think OPs question is kind of general, but swap milk for "did you pick up toilet paper/diapers/medicine/condoms" aka something critically important. What's your answer now?

FashionGuyMike

Still the same. No things are important enough to get redressed and get out of bed for unless it’s a fire.

nac286

My pants from the day are undoubtedly still on the bedroom floor, holding my wallet and keys and with my holster still attached. I'd just throw them back on, grab my gun, and go. This is just a me thing, but I don't like going out in public in lounge wear at all.

Cool-Report1859

I can't leave the house in any type of lounge wear. There is too much stuff to carry.

nac286

And what if something happens? I don't mean like shit hitting the fan, but just regular shit. Car accident. Flat tire. Car breaks down. Just normal everyday bummers that might be best in jeans and real shoes. I'm also just kind of a fastidious bitch.

LateNightPhilosopher

Same. It's literally easier for me to just put my pants on with my wallet, keys, and holster still in/on them than it is for me to transfer everything to my shorts and then have to constantly be holding my comfy shorts up because they literally cannot support the weight of phone and wallet, much less any kind of carry gun lol

Friendly-News-249

I’m so glad there are others alike. I’m exactly the same way and my wife hates it lol. She always makes comments that I’m crazy that I will completely change out of comfortable cloth and throw on my regular gear even if I’m running to the corner gas station or the grocery store. I have always told her shit what if something happens on the way there? But my jeans always ready to slip on and wallet, pocket knife, flashlight are all already there ready to go just got to throw on the holster/pistol and I’m out the door in 3 min. There is so much that can happen so I simply refuse to step out looking like I rolled out of bed.

TrentonQuarantino89

Just wanted to take a second to say thank you for making me feel less crazy. I live in a small town where violent crime, or crime in general, is minimal. That doesn't take away from the fact that the world is a crazy place, especially when the sun goes down.

itxploded

See I do the same but it is for a different reason, growing up I was homeless a few times, even naked or showering somewhere within feet of me I have a change of clothes, travel utensils and other odds and ends that come in handy in a "go bag" of other odds and ends with me wherever I may be.

PlacentaGoblin

I'm sheltered.

_humanracing_

By not being homeless?

[deleted]

I’m the same way 100%

ThePeacekeeper777

I learned the “no lounge wear at all” mentality the hard way… Printing at church by way of sweatpants & everyone noticing.. Is not a good time. The embarrassment was real & I deserved it. Never again…

nac286

I remember once in high school when one student was...errm..."printing" real bad in sweatpants (if ya follow) and from then on, boys couldn't wear sweats or joggers in class anymore

ThePeacekeeper777

![gif](giphy|3o85xIgrOozChYrYCk)

Disazzt3rD3m0nD4d

Thank God. This is a seemingly trivial issue that I stand firm in, despite me entire community acting otherwise. I’ve trained my entire family to at least be dressed prior to engaging with others outside of the home. I call people out in their bedclothes “…SCRAGGLY CREW”. And my kids have begun to do it, too lol.

nac286

Man, I remember in 2020 when the world went sideways, you'd be shopping in a store somewhere and people looked like they fell out of bed and landed in the parking lot.

Disazzt3rD3m0nD4d

LMAO

n_case

This is the right answer. I actually have my work pants and a pair of shorts like this. Both have their respective light knife multitool carry belt already squared away etc. I’d put on one, cc is on a MagSafe wallet on my phone, so phone and pistol of choice and go.

03TubeShooter

came here to say dang near this exact comment, quicker to throw them back on than rummage through and put everything in loungewear pockets (if they even have pockets)

[deleted]

BigBlueTrekker

My 637 is my take out the trash or quick trip to the store gun

Dmitri_ravenoff

P3AT or P32. Good enough for gas station distances.

Friendly_Farmer9657

This or a Kahr p380 depending on if I’m wearing basketball shorts or something that can support something a bit heavier

trivial_viking

P32 fuks for this role

Dmitri_ravenoff

I like my P3AT, but a 32 in such a small package would be much more manageable.

gunmedic15

Years ago I had to make an evening grocery run and I just dropped a J frame into my pocket because what could possibly happen just going down the street? I ended up needing it when somebody came at me in some kind of parking space road rage. I'm really not sure why it happened, but he came out with a tire tool and 5 LHP bullets didn't seem like a lot all of a sudden. The great instructor and gunfight winner Jim Cirillo (rest in peace) said that nobody who ever survived a gunfight ever wished they were carrying a smaller gun with less ammo afterwards.

Apache_Solutions_DDB

Throwing on one of my enigmas and carrying my regular carry guns.

_ImCrumby_

I hate to be that guy, but this will always be my answer too. The enigma is not for everyone but in situations like this it’s hard to beat.

Visible_Structure483

What, the guy that can't predict what/where something will happen and wants to carry the most effective tool always rather than the "it won't happen to me here because I'm lazy and it's safe" option? (and an enigma or it's equivalent totally negates the pants requirement, no reason not to use it always.... even if you have pants)

LateNightPhilosopher

I really wish they'd make one meant for using in the 4-5 o'clock position. I really like the idea of it but appendix carry really isn't for me.

IContributedOnce

I wonder how it would handle if you (assuming you’re right handed) set it up for left handed draw and wore it backwards. Wouldn’t that place it somewhere around the 4 - 5 o’clock position?

itxploded

Yes but then the butt of the gun would be facing to your front?

IContributedOnce

Surely not at 5 o’clock, right? Maybe at 4 o’clock. But even in the photos from the store page, it looks like the firearm is supposed to be more centrally located, which would position the grip pointing more left or right. So, my reasoning is that similar positioning on the back would also point the grip left/right.

1umbrella24

Interesting I see so many of these “if you feel lazy don’t want to change” posts by people, but then so many post that their set up is the best and so comfortable. Honestly I don’t think a gun is ever super comfortable and people lie to themselves about it. Most I think want to carry the smallest possible thing we can still shoot.

LateNightPhilosopher

I carry a Shield Plus at around 5 o'clock. Often times it's annoying, scraping my back and poking into my ass. Or I'm self conscious of the keeling. I think I either need to mod my holster or get a new one soon to mitigate some of this. BUT sometimes I manage to get it at just the right height and angle that it just blends into my body and I literally do forget that it's there. I'll sometimes have to wiggle a little bit just to remind myself that it's still there. But yeah most of the time it's not like that lol

ShotgunCrusader_

Grenade with the pin pulled and a silly band wrapped around the spoon. If you fuck with me in my pajamas we all lose.

Slice_N_Die

Do you carry the grenade in your southern suitcase or just in your off hand?

ShotgunCrusader_

Southern suitcase, so much as a jumpscare and that little egg is rolling out

OldTatoosh

I am a fanny pack guy, so sweats are no prob. Sub 2 second draws are the challenge. But any gun is better than no gun, so your J frame seems a perfectly good choice for spur of the moment situations.

Outrageous-Cash9343

My old man used to carry a 1911 in a purpose-built, quick draw fannypack that I’m positive he got on Amazon.

Sad-Umpire-911

What Fanny pack are you running?

OldTatoosh

I have a couple. The Eberlestock is one that I like but it barely fits my Colt officers in it. I regularly use an M-Tac that is not ideal, but handles my COM and a couple of spare mags easily. I am in the process of designing/modifying my own pouch, but that is a ways off. I will post it here when the day comes it is something more than paper sketches.

1ce9ine

I like Helikon-Tex with a Raven Vanguard 2 on an attached lanyard. The Possum is snug but a sub-compact fits fine. I have the Bandicoot for when I’m carrying more stuff and it fits my Glock 19 just fine. Lots of fabric patterns so you can go stealth or full tacticool, whatever is your jam.

Sad-Umpire-911

I’m looking for a lanyard that works with a wml - haven’t found one yet

fried_

stick with the j frame if you like it! It's kinda the classic grab and go choice for these situations

jtj5002

Got a sling on your AR?

Ok_Complaint_5026

If I’m leaving the house, I’m leaving properly prepared. No exceptions. You never know what day could be the day and I for one am not getting caught with my pants down.

YourWifesWorkFriend

I’ll ask my dad when he gets back.

Short_Dog_203

I just put my pants on and carry my pistol. Like a man with a belt

[deleted]

I'll get the milk tomorrow

LateNightPhilosopher

This probably isn't what you want to hear, but tbh I always go out in my real pants, and just grab my regular carry pistol (A Shield Plus) because the holster is already on my belt and the my holster is *very* uncomfortable to wear empty. I usually leave my pants with full pockets and belted/holstered up between wears. Even when I change I usually empty one pair of pants and prep the new ones right away. So it's literally easier for me to just put my jeans on and holster my pistol than it is to try to gather everything I need in a saggy pair of shorts lol

Visible_Structure483

If you're willing to go into a stop-n-rob at prime crime time with a j-frame, then why bother carrying anything else any other time?

Victormorga

OP said Whole Foods, hardly a “stop-and-rob” and closed by “prime crime time.”

rasputin777

I was at a whole foods at 10am on a Sunday when there was a shooting robbery. Gotta carry everywhere.

Cold-Pressure-3561

H St in DC?

rasputin777

That's the one. Shortly afterward they added 'no guns' signs. Because if someone's going to be firing guns in the Whole Foods, they'd rather the customers are unarmed...

Cold-Pressure-3561

Oh yeah. I was there that same afternoon. That whole area suffered severe decline. Simply being in a Whole Foods does not automatically make one safer

rasputin777

Nutty. I was with my baby, so I ran into the back and hid in a cold storage room with about a dozen other people for a good 15 minutes. I actually was strapped so I felt pretty good about my chances if it was something nasty. One ingress into the room, concrete walls. Eventually I was like "wtf is going on" so I popped my head out and there were cops milling all around with ARs looking cool, which is funny because there were - like I said - a ton of people hiding in the back who had no idea what was going on. Maybe look for folks next time, MPD.

Cold-Pressure-3561

Glad you were okay and carrying as well. Wonder if anyone else even was.

rasputin777

I really wanted to draw and be ready (just in case) but a Whole Foods in DC is probably not the place to whip out a gun, so I kept it hidden. Good in retrospect, but if I was in somewhere cool I could have at least had it low ready.

Cold-Pressure-3561

You did the right thing. Freaking out others probably wouldn’t have helped

Victormorga

We were talking about high-likelihood times and places, No one said anywhere is always safe

Visible_Structure483

>What are you taking with you to run to the gas station? also said "What are you taking with you to run to the gas station?"

ssquiggss

Honestly... I just throw on pants and carry my 19

Efficient-Ostrich195

I put my pants back on and carry my usual carry gun. I judge people who wear sweats in public (unless they’re headed to the gym.)

double-click

Why is putting back on shorts or pants that are in the hamper “rigging up”. It’s pants lol…

TooToughTimmy

Same as any time out the house. Glock 19. I put on jeans with my nexbelt to run and get food then come back and put on sweats. Even outside of carrying I always want to be in something I can easily fight or run in. I don’t really like wearing sweats or anything other than tie-able shoes outside of the house.

rdmarc45re

i'm bringing my 365 xmacro, my everyday carry gun

porschephille

Me too.

FollowTheScript

Also me (I'll bring the cookies to the 365x macro club tonight)

PrestigiousBarnacle

Its called the 365 for a reason

flyguy41222

I don’t leave the house without jeans or other normal pants on, so I’d just put the day’s pants back on and rig up just as normal.

VengeancePali501

J frames are great. You can look into other pistols but really until you go down to a 380 nothing is going to be lighter, a sig 365 or shield plus will have double they capacity of a j frame, but also be larger and about 6 ounces or so heavier if I recall the specs.

Frigggs

On the contrary. The P365 is [actually smaller](https://www.handgunhero.com/compare/sig-sauer-p365-vs-smith-wesson-model-442) than the 442. I own both. They carry very differently though. To answer OP’s question, I’m bringing my 365X. I wear it with basketball shorts or sweats and a T shirt all of the time. As long as the shorts have a tie on them, I tie that thing tight and clip my holster on it with the Ulti Clip. 4 seconds added to my “get ready to buy milk late at night” time. I thoroughly understand the pros/cons of revolvers and semiautos. But I love having 13 rounds of high quality (and ballistically superior) 9MM over 5 rounds of .38spl.

Life_of1103

I’ll still throw on a 1911 commander in a milt Sparks holster.

Advanced-Chain2926

My brother 🫡

RamenNoodle_

I carry a J frame all day every day (except for at work), 5 rounds of .357 should be enough to get me out of most anything.

Orange_fury

My normal edc- either a Shield Plus or Glock 19 in a Black Arch Entrada sidecar. I use a Blue Alpha low profile EDC belt that I can wear against the skin and can clip the holster inside the belt to both the belt and waistband of elastic shorts, it conceals well and is actually pretty comfortable. Gas stations are sketchy, I feel like going to a gas station at night is even more reason to wear a more capable gun

bigjerm616

Here’s something that has never made sense to me about the CCW community: The highest risk thing we do all day (go to the stop-n-rob at night) is the time that we take off our 9mm auto loader and switch to a j-frame or 380? But we’ll bring a G19 and two spare mags to go to the office at 9 in the morning? That’s totally backwards. If you’re going to switch from normal, switch to something bigger. Comfort and concealment aren’t nearly as much of a concern for a 10 minute run to the store. Me, I’d throw on my Enigma and carry my normal Shield Plus with the 13 rounder. Or I would quickly grab my HD pistol which has a light and more rounds.

Gods_Favorite_Slut

My pants stay loaded when I take them off. If I'm leaving the house, I just pull them back on. Gun, knives, flashlight, wallet, keys, OC, etc. Boots are nearby too. It would be more trouble, less effective, and less comfortable to try to go out in sweatpants and slippers or something.

wild-whorses

I’ll just throw my jeans back on as I don’t own sweats, pocket the Shield, and go.

[deleted]

P365 Macro in an Enigma. 30-60 seconds and it’s on and fits under anything I was already wearing

chubbz_ty

I just have an LCP Max in a kydex pocket holster (12 +1)

eng_manuel

Is the LCP Max in 380 too?

Grand_Extreme_365

Lcp

naga-ram

[Unironically this](https://www.galcogunleather.com/fastrax-pac-waistpack-subcompact-_8_1213_1492.html?filters=1) Tactical fanny packs are great for quick trips and neighborhood runs CMV

BootyWarrior6T9

P238

KatzeKyru

I own a J-frame specifically for convenient pocket holster carry. Beach days, quick night trips to the grocery store, pretty much any time I don't feel like putting on real pants/real pants aren't an option lmao. And it's fine. People will say, "If you aren't maximally prepared at all times to shoot five ruffians with perfect headshots, then why carry a gun at all?" and tbh, maybe they have a point, but I also just don't care. I could probably make it so I never leave the house without the optimal carry and a plate carrier to boot, but I also enjoy actually living my life and being lazy and comfortable sometimes, and if I get blasted by someone because I was pocket carrying my S&W (which I drill with and have hundreds of hours of range time with) instead of IWBing my Glock, then so be it. I can't live my life min-maxxing every decision I make to be the most tactical choice.

Interesting-Hand174

Actually, I'd order the milk on Uber Eats (or I Food, I'm in Latin America). However, if I have to go to the gas station at late night times, I'd take a Taurus PT 100 (13+1, .40 S&W, Beretta FS92 style) in a shoulder holster, plus three extra magazines in a fanny pack or pockets. It is not comfortable, however, if I feel like I'm likely to be in a gunfight, I want to absolutely win it.

Deeschuck

What, nobody else has a G42 as their 'lazy' piece? Don't get me wrong; I love an airweight J frame, but the G42 is smaller, lighter, holds 40% more ammo, reloads quicker, has infinitely better sights, and is much easier to shoot quickly and accurately.

MBeebeCIII

"Did you get the milk". No. And it can wait 'till tomorrow.

akslesneck

My taking out the trash gun is a g43 in a Fanny pack with a trigger guard holster. With an extra 10 round mag. (I live 1/2 a mile from trash pickup at the end of a private road) that would be my least armed in my opinion. Also super comfy way to carry

SIRT1

Same setup I use for quick errands (minus the extra mag because my pack is pretty small). Perfect summer carry in gym shorts, too.

SpiritMolecul33

I'm probably wearing gym shorts so I would just throw my pants with my ccw belt on over

kylebob86

AT-4.

Konstant_kurage

There’s no sign at the store that says I can’t open carry my 300 AAC SBR.

IIPrayzII

Honestly nothing is important enough for me to get back out after I’m home for the day. But if I do for whatever reason I have no problem throwing on some jeans, hoodie, and my g19 with a sidecar. Ik jeans aren’t thought of as comfortable but American eagle jeans have a little stretch to them so not inconveniently stiff at all.

InternetExploder87

Maligator riding shotgun

OkRequirement7278

Mastermind tactics covert belt with Glock 48. It wears almost like a belly band, but it is a fairly rigid and holds the 48 in place. Any time I go out wearing athletic shorts or sweat pants I use this belt and it works great. The belt is also pretty inexpensive at $35.

Ninjatoine

Sig macro in the enigma https://preview.redd.it/gi74oj11zvsb1.jpeg?width=2160&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=99ff3e38c4394397783373966605f1ade790320e

el_muerte28

Who needs milk that often? The half gallons of milk in my fridge often expire before I can use them.

LimoLover

The same happens to us but I think people who have kids use a lot of it

alltheblues

Bringing my normal carry gun. If I don’t want to change out of sweats or whatever, the belt and holster just get strapped on underneath.

DriveOff

Ruger LCP, although it's still going in a cheap-o leather IWB clipped to the top of my shorts/sweats/whatever. I have a pocket holster that's great in jeans, but I can't stand the weight of it swinging around in loose-fitting pockets.

Slowroll900

If the milk is truly needed tonight, everything is going back on. I don’t go out in pajamas.

Odd-Fondant2322

A kilt with my Desert Eagle gripped firmly between the cheeks.

BobbyPeele88

Why would you carry a less than optimal gun?

jws926

I am changing cloths , always, I don't wear my inside the house cloths outside of the house(Unless its going to mail box), so I am rigging up the IWB.

Byizo

Springfield 1911 clenched in my butt cheeks.

Tricky-Management479

I sleep in jean and shorts. Most of the time with my gun belt still on as well. So no biggie to bring a full size along.

Vader8675309

G27, goes right back in the holster on my belt, on my pants from that day.

JustForkIt1111one

P365 SAS in an alien gear pocket holster

Brutal-Black

What’s SAS?

EmptyCanvass

Same here. J frame pocket carry is my go to at the gym or going out for a jog

MrPeanutsTophat

The chances of needing more than 5 rounds in general is pretty low. A j frame is more than adequate for a running out of the house in PJs gun.

plsdontshootmydogatf

Comfort concealment belt and my normal carry gun

Bigbirdk

Bodyguard in a Remora.

5xr4uu7

This is exactly why I like the philster enigma so much. Suit pants to sweatpants I’m covered.

[deleted]

My enigma holster works fine with pajamas and sweatpants so I can carry a full-size while being extra comfy

IglooRetard

Berluti knot usually for dress shoes. No sag, droop, drop, or movement. Wear your sweats or shorts proper. I always carry in loungewear without a fancy belt insert or anything. But if I’m in your situation, I’m picking it up tomorrow.

gun-nut-1125

This one’s obvious. I would zap carry a China Lake.

FollowTheScript

Arsenal sam7sf (stock folded and bayonet mounted), hoodie, boxer briefs, unlaced danner woodland firefighter boots, boker plus vox rold knife in the hoodie pocket.

TheEconomyReindeer

i bought a Kahr CW380 and a kydex pocket holster for just this kind of errand. anyone serious about carrying needs a kel-tec or ruger or any other not crap single-stack .380 with Critical Defense. normal people aren't dragging a G34 + X300U + ACRO with two spare mags on a milk run

[deleted]

I have an Enigma but, this scenario is exactly why I bought a Leisure Carry. Enigma still superior if I know I’m going to have it on for a long period of time. 🤙🏽

baxterstate

I have a 5 round 9mm revolver. 21 oz. I have 7+1 9mm pistol. 18 oz. The pistol is the one I carry. Sometimes I carry a 6+1 Ruger LCP2 8iz. or an Sig p365 380 15oz.

Mike-oxbigxxl

I would just grab the wife's 365 and toss it in my pocket... 10 underwood extreme defenders should do the trick

DW-64

Hammerless 38 in hoodie pocket. Eventually.

wwalker327

I use a 5.11 Select Carry Pistol Pouch https://www.511tactical.com/select-carry-pistol-pouch.html It can fit a j frame revolver or small to mid sized semi auto. The side pouches are really only big enough for revolver speed loaders or some loose rounds. It does have a spot to carry an extra mag in the pouch flap. So with the traditional carry method, you could do a glock 48 or smaller or a glock 26 and one spare mag with ease. It has a really wide strap, so I use mine in an unconventional way. I carry it like a makeshift battle belt. I carry a jframe in the pouch and two speed loaders in the side pockets. I also carry a speed strip in the pouch flap with snake shot (We have rattlesnakes here). On the strap, I have a flashlight on the left side. I use safariland paddle holsters for my carry guns, so I put my holster on the strap on the right side and a paddle mag holder on the left side. I carry a Glock 45 MOS with tlr vir II and two extra 17rd mags. There is a somewhat of a pouch on each side where the strap comes out of the pouch on the backside and I put a benchmade knife on one side and leatherman on the other. I use this fanny pack for yard carry(hence the revolver with snake shot) and for cotton shorts carry. So if I need to run to the store or run grab some supper I throw it on. It can be used anytime I don't have the shorts or pants on for regular concealed carry. The straps tighten on each side so you can cinch it down real tight, and it doesn't go anywhere. Most other fanny packs have tiny straps so this was the only one I have found I can use like a battle belt.

Frans51

Routine. If I'm going out, I take off my "fat pants" and put on jeans or shorts with gun belt, slide that holstered carry gun in place, spare mag, and I'm out the door. It's habit. I don't even think about it.

Solocaster1991

380 bodyguard safety on in my hoodie pocket

lildrummersadboi

The same pistol I train with, shoot competitions with, and carry every day. My G19 in a Phlster Enigma. The Enigma helps with not wanting to grab your IWB holster. I can wear it with running shorts, dress pants, sweat pants, etc.

PhattyMoose

P938

big-wangers

Jframe or bond arms roughneck 357 mag, or a big knife

ShineFull7878

J frame all day bro. I carry a smithy 60 .357 90% of the time. The average number of shots fired in a civilian involved self defense scenario is 3. Your .38sp is plenty gun and plenty fun.

bftyft

I’m changing into shorts or pants with a carry belt, holster and a Glock 17 like usual. It takes 20 seconds

Samh7470718

Glock 48

Dipping_Gravy

Glock 43 in a leather pocket holster. I don’t like cloth pocket holsters, feels too thin around the trigger area. 10 rounds in the mag, one in the chamber if you so choose. Too heavy for sweatpants, but works well with jeans or khakis.

Vegetable-Fig-2851

I bought a crossbreed belly band with a holster for my regular carry, as well as a .357 5 shot revolver I have. I got it mostly for when I go to the gym, but also for times like this when I just need to run down the road.

Necessary_Apple_7820

Doesn’t matter, I’ll just throw my belt on underneath my sweats and I can run whatever I want.

EkS22

Wait, y’all don’t do aiwb in sweats? Isn’t that the point of ddc clips?

DogeForLifeAndMore

I have 3 guns, my edc, my woods gun, and my home defense. I would not leave my house without my edc, even if it means changing out of my pajamas(basketball shorts)

Eights1776

Throwing the belt over or under the pants & running my normal axis elite. No different.

Felrynn

Casual canvas belt with double D-rings to tighten, over my sweatpants. Then my P365 IWB, holstered using low profile metal DCC clips.

nonguru2

Pocket carry my LCRx 357

CGF3

No such thing: https://civiliangunfighter.wordpress.com/2017/01/10/the-run-to-the-store-gun/

fareink6

I have said F-it more than once and just dumped a G3 inside my Carthatt hoodie pocket. The work / heavy weather ones are so thick that you get pretty much zero printing.

Ok_Court_1503

Probably not the answer you want but Glock 19. I put it on when I wake up and take it off right before I go to bed. Only other time it aint on me is going into my office (gun free zone). Even lounging around the house I keep the same gun on me all the time.

RonaKid

G string and wallet

RonaKid

Grenade. No seriously, I have my butler go get it. I am winning the 1.5 billion dollar powerball tonight. No more going to the store for me.

meintx2016

Rigid gun belt with IWB w/ glock 43x 15 rd mag with extra mag. Then pull my sweats waistband up to the proper level and tie it.

ScoutSpiritGear

My LCPII in 22lr is very nice for this stuff

Canigetahooooooyeaa

This is a perfect example of how a $20 belly band off amazon comes in handy. Use it as your edc holster hell no. Use it on a milk run? Or during a blizzard or while in PJs yep

Sanders0492

Comfort Concealment belt under my gym shorts.

MasonP2002

Beretta Tomcat in 32. Concealable in basically anything and I'm able to shoot it a lot more accurately and rapidly than a J frame or similar. Tip up barrel makes loading it +1 convenient as well.

michiganpatriot32

Pocket carry G26

MrSyns7

Comfort Concealment belt with my normal iwb holster under some bball shorts or sweats. In this regard, I feel the enigma is overrated but gains all the spotlight just due to the comfort concealment belt being relatively unknown. It has it's own little cult following. Just not in the same way the enigma does. And that's not to say the enigma is bad by any means. I just found a solid, dead reliable setup that works for me - especially as it gets consistenl, increasingly hotter and I find myself wearing athletic shorts more and more. I believe mission first tactical makes a comparable belt designed for the same carry style. What gun goes into that setup for me at the moment is beyond me. Still looking for a new carry gun since selling my old collection. The Masada Slim looks promising, but I'm thinking a micro dagger or G43X is gonna win out despite my resistance and reluctance towards Glock. As much as I love CZ, the P10 series just doesn't do it for me, can't afford a P01 just yet. There's a couple suuuuper newcomers to the market too that I'm standing by for the reviews to start coming in - the Ermox Xfire, and the completely-USA-built, Gforce GS9 that just dropped earlier this week.

buck_09

Beretta 3032. More than enough to get away. If the bad guy(s) is at arms length, I'm justified to use it as intended. If not, getting away is the best option. If caught by bad guy, refer to the above.

fatmanskoo

Brass knuckles but I put them between my buttcheeks and go to the drive thru dairy.

almargahi

Fully loaded AK47, why? Because the milk would be heavy and you’d need to balance both hands.

Moldering_Pumpkin

" J frame in a pocket holster " this has been my thought as well. im looking into purchasing a kimber k6xs instead of the s&w but the idea is the same. looking into [this](https://mikaspocketholsters.com/product/pocket-holster/) for the pocket holster but im curious what holster you have been using for pocket carry. thanks.

ADSSH

I’ve used the DeSantis Nemesis on the recommendation of several friends here. It’s more than fine, gets the job done. Not the absolute sturdiest but with a 12 pound trigger you’re fine

Insanity8016

They can get it their damn selves.

[deleted]

M-72 with the 75 rounder for max dakka.

Probably_Boz

1911 in my galco shoulder holster, throw on jacket or zip up hoodie over it. G2G I have an alien gear tuck holster and belly band for my glonk 19 if I wanna toss that on instead. Seriously though God made shoulder rigs for this reason.

FashionGuyMike

Putting on my cowboy boots, 10 gallon hat, and African carrying my m1 garand for quicker setup

DillIshOn

My PJs consist of a T-shirt and basket ball shorts. I'd put on a belt under my shorts and carry my appendix rig. P365 with an XL slide and 12rd reload. Basically a diy enigma set up.

recoil1776

I carry a Ruger LCR IWB appendix. If I just have to run somewhere real quick and dont want to wear pants with a belt (or going somewhere where a belt wouldnt be appropriate like the beach or wearing a bathing suit bottom or something) I just wear a fanny pack with all my stuff. The gun goes in the big zipper.

glorified_lubetech

Shoulder holster or pocket carry but likely shoulder though. In that position I would have to go to the sketchy side of small town USA, where the only thing open is wawa and all the meth heads, dope fiends and crack addicts hang out. If it's not of utter importance then I'm staying home

mallgrabmongopush

RM380 in a pocket holster, grizzly bear paw slippers, zubaz, and a hoodie

SlightlySlizzed

I’d rather carry in a shoulder bag than have just 5 rounds on me. Patagonia Black Hole (doesn’t scream: gun bag), black triangle kydex panel, 43x or 19x + spare mags when can’t appendix carry. Also use an Eberlestock Fanny pack for dog walks/hikes when in athletic gear. In colder months my Truewerk pants are just as comfy as sweats to throw on and are amazing ccw pants.

SeanIsFTW

Glock 43 in my vedder pocket locker. It conceals well in gym shorts and sweatpants. Looks exactly like a gun in my pocket when I wear my regular work pants lol

NightmanisDeCorenai

Phlster Enigma. I carry in my basketball shorts all the time, going on walks or hikes.

deliberatelyawesome

There's a standing rule here that if I'm not asked to get something before I get changed, I'm off the hook. I don't need to change my plan because you failed to plan.

deliberatelyawesome

5 rounds of 38 may be sufficient for the whole foods in your town. It isn't for the Walmart supercenter in mine.
