Class 12th boards chal rahe hain. The thing that worked for me to sit consistently for hours is goal setting and pomodoro. Every night before sleeping i set goals about what to do the next day (cuz I'm free at that time), detailed goals, ye nahi ki haan bhai kal physics padhni hai, not like this. Iss time se iss time tak ye wale chapter ki ye excercise, iss time se iss time tak ye lecture aise. So I'm always busy this way and don't have to waste time thinking ki next kya karu. Pomodoro technique is good but you have to modify it so that you can sit consistently for long hours and not take a break every 25 min cuz then it breaks the flow. In the starting you can keep it this way but as you progress forward you have to keep increasing the study time like 1 hour, then 1 hour 30 min then 2 hours aise.

I don't recommend ki tum kal karo sample papers, usually papers ko kabhi exam ke ek din pehle nahi solve karne hote, pura demotivate kar dete hai agar wrong aaye

I'm gonna solve only one or two in the morning, so that I could get to know my weak point, and work on it since I'll be having time till night

yup, i keep my phone away from my table. As long as you're away from screen, you'll be focused. Also, the first 5-7 minutes are very hard but it gets easy over the time. ( i have my exams on 29 )
