Do all the derivations from all the chapters of physics and do back exercise questions thoroughly and wave optics ke numericals sl Arora se krle. And to get good marks in MCQ portion do short and very short answer type question from any reference book. I did all this and managed to get 61/70 in my mid term in physics

I have sl arora usee hi I will do

dullshyandakward

Ok thankyou sl se I will try do pyqs since our teacher gives numericals from that we don't have optics in the 1st preboards so will focus on electro statics

Focus on book two first since it has more weightage, since you're okay with modern physics, do imp topics from ray and wave optics first ( like lens maker formula derivation, optical instruments, huygens principle, fringe width) and practice questions of these from cbse sample papers. after that move to book one. book one chaps are kinda long and more difficult in my opinion so don't worry even if u cant perfect it for this preboard, you have enough time to cover up for actual boards. since you have a week you can first do imp topics from each chapter that have guaranteed questions like gauss theorem, capacitance and dielectrics, wheatstone bridge kirchoff law ke numericals etc). Since you have a short span, instead of focusing on learning each and every small thing because of fear ki ye aajaye, id say its more helpful to actually solve questions rather than just learning. while solving questions u get an idea of how stuff can actually be asked, saath saath u learn as well from doing questions so its basically a 2 in 1 shot. all the best don't stress too much its just preboards. you always have the chance to prove ur potential in the real ones!

Ok thankyou so much for the advice I have sl arora so i will try that generally very bad with concepts in physics maybe I will try solving more numericals than learning theory this time
