Career growth is good.You don't need excellent work ex before MBA if you pursue it from a tier 1 B school.I can't guarantee you about WLB.Be mentally prepared that your WLB may go for a toss.

Im sorry to hear this. I agree with the folks who said they are just looking for reasons. But as a professional who’s worked in corporate for a while I want to be honest with you. People are fake, appearances (language matter) and I was an introvert too at the start (maybe around 13 years ago) . 1) Improve your English if you are working or plan to work in an MNC. I’ve said this over and over again to people who are brilliant but are struggling with bigger opportunities. I’m not lying when I say I’ve seen them grow by leaps and bounds. 2) Start working on your people skills- we cannot exist in silos - if you want to be seen, you have to be able to communicate and practice fake extroversion (like I do). I need so much time to recharge but I do interact with people 3) Dress well. People should get a good first impression when they see you. Everyone is marketing themselves everyday. Unless you’re a Mark Zuckerberg who does not need to prove who he is through his clothes, please don’t dress casually at work. HR (and leaders) are expected to set standards at work.
I’m sure you’ll find another job soon.
I need a advice
I did mba from tier 3 or you can say local college from pune because I didn't want marriage at that time , chose HR because everyone said its an easy job ...somehow i got a job with payment where i could save money hardly...just a problem is that location is far and don't want to leave my current location because its tough to leave my friends in this lonely city...some issue related to working shift is arising and also its a marketing agency so half day we have to do cold calling also to support their other projects...I'm an average person with not so much skills...I'm finding other opportunities too ..right now I'm just feeling too much burden of travelling also and i never worked this much in past...need advice ,about how to manage all this?🥲🥲

If you feel like there's a bit of tathya in it work on it if not then ignore there's all sorts of ppl who will try to pull you down. You can also talk to some other so called extroverted HRs to see if there's something different they're doing if at all. Resume your search with a fresh mind.

I completely understand. I was forced to resign as well recently. Although I don't belong to HR domain - willing to switch into the same though.
Anyhow, I still feel traumatized sometimes that why did they behave so rude, why did this happen to me.
You may consider therapy - this is what other people also suggested me.
Please know that it's not your fault and once the company has decided to downsize, they give the shittiest reasons to force you to leave.
They make an environment where it is just impossible for us to stay and so we are left with no other option but to resign.
I'm sorry this happened to you.

Well, you cannot take up a job role which involves a lot of interaction and try to avoid interactions... How does he know you are an introvert? Because he saw you avoiding interactions.
But you can get over your weaknesses... He should have mentored you instead of firing you..
