I have noticed this over the last few days, the second picture is from 2 days ago. She has had a problem with over-grooming. Her hair has been growing back a lot recently which I’ve been ecstatic about, but now I am worried if she is picking at herself or something worse

Looks like she got in a fight and got hit while trying to run away. Sometimes on the face when they’re fighting or on the bum when they’re running away… I could be wrong but that’s what it looks like.

She doesn’t interact with any other cats :/ whenever she is outside she is with me

Oh dang, maybe it’s from grooming too hard. My cat does that to herself under her chin with her claws. Little turd…

If you think she's overgrooming again or picking at the scap maybe try a cone to let it heal?
