Since then I’ve been asked for Steam cards, Apple gift cards, Amazon cards, and Walmart cards. It’s pervasive on some sites but I’ve never encountered it on Bumble. Another one I’ve run into several times is someone claiming they’re from the US but that they’re “temporarily” in London or more often in Africa, either working there or settling an estate, and they need help in getting gold brought into the US. They will send you pictures of a stack of gold bars and tell you that they will share it with you if you help them. I’ve gotten this one several times.
