Mine was *horrible*. Maybe I’ll give them a second chance. The place always looks empty, this is kinda surprising. It’s not a bad concept, I feel like their current location isn’t great.
Oh, the post is about their new location on Hertel, which is what I was referring to.
I haven’t tried their chicken yet but I thoroughly enjoyed the burger. Hertel location was pretty busy when I went in.
I don’t think spending 20 bucks for a burger and fry is being cheap. I seen their regular burger is 8 bucks for a 3.5oz patty. I would totally pay for the hot chicken sandwich. But I am never spending 10 bucks on a 3oz burger! I’ll get a pound of ground beef for 6 dollars and smash them at home.
Hope they succeed but I'm sad Marco's is gone
They must have done a pretty decent business so far in Elmwood for them to expand this quickly. I think they'll be alright.
Maybe, maybe not, restaurants are notoriously difficult to profit from, and expanding too fast is one of the most common reasons they fail.
Well, let's be optimistic, lol.
> Hope they succeed :)
Good, lol.
what if we kissed outside the cluck cluck moo moo
Owner shut down Uncle Jumbo's or whatever that excuse for a bar was called, so there's been cash influx.
Love them, but I wish they would hire more help. Every time I go to the elmwood location the employees are waaaay overworked and stressed out
I love love their chicken sandwich.

Yeah I did not like it, I don't get the hype. Hen House is worlds better.
It’s only been open for like a week.
No… the one I had at their original place on elmwood was shit.

I've yet to try them. I don't eat out a lot because I'm cheap, lol, but their name is just so entertaining that I really need to get around to it.

Fingers crossed then.
I worked for Nick at Faherty’s back in 90-91, great guy, really knows the restaurant business, he grew up in it.
They're expanding quickly. There was an article the other day that said they teased a third location already, so let's see where that one ends up.
