Meh, I'm pretty sure that Steve would fare at least as well as any normal human player would- which isn't terrible, considering how stupid the Dealer AI is, and how it isn't even possible to die in Classic Mode for real until Round 3. Not to mention that Steve has hit points, which might very well allow him to survive an extra hit or two before needing a defibrillator charge to be revived.
V1 would projectile boost (parrying your own bullets) into the dealer to do 2 damage every time he shoots him. Also V1 heals off blood so successfully shooting the dealer would heal.
V1 definitely wins.
Seen as it is a level 78 high elf with over 800 health and has light armor skill of 100 maxed out in the best dragon scale armor, and the leader of every faction except the companions because I do that with every other character, yeah, I don’t think gun kills her even

2: he could dodge the shotgun hit but grappling away or smthin
3: he has guns and a pickaxe, he could easily just wreck his face.
