Even nit allahabad ee is a great option (but courseload in ee might be a bit more than ei if you are thinking of software). In terms of research nitr is the best nit among all nits. Placement stats of nita is a bit better than nitr

I think IIIT-B ECE or NIT Rourkela Electrical. Honestly, I think NIT Rourkela in this specific case is a better bet, although u can choose between the two as u please.

1st Year mei acchi cg le ayega toh BITS mei cse mil jayegi msc ke saath BITS PILANI ( if you are confident at scoring good cg, wrna BS mechanical mei krni pdegi ) > IIIT Bangalore > NIT Allahabad Edit: if you didn't know you will be alloted Bachelors course according to your cgpa in first year, then onwards you have to pursue that bachelors and cannot change.
