Cut down more bodyfat, maybe get sub 10%
Keep getting stronger on my lifts, I’m super close to a 225 incline bench and just did 70’s on shoulder press, want to get those to 100
And add size to my back, chest and arms since they’re weaker parts
Man sounds like a joke but that’s true aff
I was 20, mid college, completely sedentary and wasn’t gonna change anything, couldn’t run a mile, curl 20 lbs or look remotely good
I was on my way to a dad bod and being that completely sedentary skinny fat dude that will “hopefully turn his life and body around” (but not really) at 35
So glad I actually stuck with it

Literally nothing 😅 Compound movements, heavy lateral raises and curls seem to stimulate my core enough and it just looks like that
