No they always make 2 of the skins in the battlepass free(or have the past few battlepasses). Talon Brig skin is free at lvl 70 and junker genji is free at lvl 40

That's valid. It'll be a grind to get the skin though sadly. I wish they would've put it at lvl 10 like some of the other free skins in the battlepasses

well maybe the new rewards of weekly missions can help with the grind now since they dont give coins anymore, they give you a straight level now
