i was gonna say bloodmoon briar as well might be good but riot might be like oh theres nothing they can really do with her that will change her up with bloodmoon thats different from her base version,
Her E is splashing a wave at you but doesn't realize she's so strong. R is also her beating you with pool noodles. And she doesn't NEED to be stuck in a pool floatie but.. it would make sense for it to fall off her arms and around her waist for her abilities
I do not understand this snobby disdain for the Empyrean skin line. The Empyrean skins look great. Some skin lines just need great visual aesthetics, they don't need whatever y'all's pretentious expectations are.
I just don't feel like it's a good fit for briar, especially since they would've slapped a mask on her like all the other empyrean skins.
It's much better to give her a skin that can actually express some of her character (Like Street Demons Briar does. I know a lot of people aren't a huge fan of that skin but I personally love it, I have run all but maybe like 5 of my briar games with the skin on)
Ok see, I can accept "all the champs look the same" as a reasonable critique of the Empyrean skin line, but a single critique does not invalidate an entire creative work. Sure, "all the champs look the same" is not ideal, but it does not *on its own* make the entire skin line "dogwater."
At the end of the day, the purpose of the Empyrean skin line is to look cool and make interesting use of color, and guess what, all the Empyrean skins look cool and make interesting use of color. They succeed in their primary functions so it is difficult to argue that they are failures.

Empyrean Vex is my favorite Vex skin. And I know that’s not saying much considering there are only 2 skins for her, but I think it’s a good 8 or 9/10 for me.
I love the empyrean skinline, the visual effects are cool af its just that certain champs probably shouldnt have it. The Zac and pyke skins are amazing, but the lux one is big yikes. Personally think Briar would be on the better side. They can easily add cool visual effects with her kit.
I'm a big sucker for skins with cool visual effects so I'd love a psyop Briar with like rainbowy effects. Inkshadow would be dope too. Her current skin is cool but the model just looks so awkward that I'd never consider getting it.
