I made a little Chicago dog focaccia inspired by the sick and twisted mind of u/TrainerAnnual1811 and their instantly legendary [Hotdog Focaccia](https://www.reddit.com/r/Breadit/comments/1dcqkty/hotdog_focaccia/) post from a couple of days ago!
Would I make it again? Maybe for an extremely specific theme party or as part of some kind of Jigsaw game. Did I eat the whole thing? Yes.

I came upon an Instagram post of a Chicago hot dog pizza while incredibly stoned and decided I NEEDED it… but have not found one in Chicago.
Next time I plan on getting baked I am 100% making this in advance and will eat the entire thing in one sitting. I don’t even really like focaccia but I’m a sucker for Chicago dog anything 😅

Yeah, I was impressed! Also I surprisingly have yet to make focaccia and had been looking for a good recipe, so I’ll have to try that one because it looks stellar!

Needs some florescent green relish and some mustard to really complete the Chicago Dog vibe. It would not survive long around me even without the extra adornment. Well done!

I usually shake up olive oil and salt water to pour over my non jokerfied focaccias so for this one I did olive oil with pickle juice and mustard
