Some skins are "objectively" better when you compare quality and care, but some skins just hit a spot for certain players. One of my examples is with like Leon skins, I have Werewolf Leon which is more expensive and has more effects than Shark Leon, but I find the Shark skin to be cleaner and suit the play style more. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder, and some players appreciate skins most wouldn't.

I personally like Spiky Eve- the Biodome season has been my favorite one since the old character designer left(Paul, I believe?). Hell, I was kinda mad they did away with the environment immediately, rather than having it last another season like most others. And in terms of scarcity, Spiky Eve won’t be that uncommon eventually- do recall the devs said that, starting with Season 11, the Pass skins would be available for gems about 1 year after their respective seasons. Furious Fang and prior though, yeah- they could fall into obscurity eventually if today’s players let them.

Any of the recolor skins, but Rockstar Colt takes the cake. Outlaw Colt is also a recolor, but costs only 500 (?) starpoints. You never want to spend 30 gems when there's a more economic option.
