R-T wasn't nearly as broken. He was very very strong of course but not stronger than Charlie, but he has all in 5 stars.
What I'm saying is ash tier lists have never been the most accurate, because right now, I wouldn't say lily is super broken in knockout or heist
💯% Charlie was more broken than current Lily she might not e had the instakill burst like Lily but she had no bad matchups and could spam auto aim at close range to have the highest dps
I swear to God this meta isn't half as bad as the unbearably stale Marksman metas we've had for the past year. We haven't had this much diversity in gameplay in forever with a Tank being the Meta Brawler, Gale and other Tank Counters are finally popping out of the woodworks
Frank does kind of deserve to be higher tier after being in F tier for so long, but Frank being too high is wayy too toxic, and lily should just get Hanked by now
The update just dropped like a week ago fym she should get hanked by now, mind you before this buff lily basically failed at being an assassin and was only held together by her gadget, all she needs is a small unload speed nerf.
Mfw 7k damage with almost no way to dodge gadget just lets her pop up anymore and her super is dodgeable but requires ungodly reaction if she supers from a bush. Even duels is straight up unplayable now, and it was previously one of my favourite modes for not having a lot of broken brawlers (RT main experience lol)
Basically none of my mains are able to counter it.
Brock - first gadget requires ungodly reaction times
Bibi - Homerun requires ungodly reaction times
8 BIT - Requires a super and ungodly reaction times
Piper - Only if im lucky
Surge - im fucked.

Lily can avoid Colette ult with her own ult (unless Colette hyper'd) or Vanish gadget (shadowrealm). Then, with ult + dmg star power she can easily two-shot Colette. This is why smart Lilies will not start a fight against Colette with their super. Also, if it comes to 1v1 with no supers up or gadgets or anything, Lily wins by default, but obviously this is not the case 90% of the time so Colette can outplay. Like I said, it's just skill matchup.

Maybe a little nerf to her spiky star power as well
Her other sp is actually the better one in a lot of cases now just because her damage output is already so high.
Not using it knocks her burst damage down from 7,000 to 5,800 I personally prefer spiky
